Thumb nails ended up getting butchered because it was not properly dried ( partially my fault because I got up after waiting for some sort of direction) typically I love this place and have been going for a while, but I was just a little taken back at that. So I ended up just getting up after ten mins and walked myself to the register and paid. She never did come back, i ended up spotting her over at one of the massage chairs with another coworker. Seemed like she wasn’t listening (or didn’t understand) when I was telling her the length I wanted on my nails and had to repeat verbally like 4 times (finger nails were all different lengths, so I had to say something), then she left me in the chair and walked off without saying anything ( while my nails were drying). Margo was truly amazing ( did my pedicure) but the lady who did my finger nails, seemed new and had to redo my thumb nails 3 times to get them straight. Would have given higher star rating if it was just Margo.
